The plot is located 5 km from the beaches of Altea and close to many other places
of tourist interest, such as Benidorm, Guadalest, the Sierra Aitana, Sierra
Bernia and the sources of the Algar river.

between the Altea La Vella and Callosa road in the Partida Parats.
It does not have a building, but since it has an area greater than
10,000 m2 is possible to build.
It can be transformed for agricultural use or you can build a house surrounded by pine trees in a very
nice environment.
The plot does not have electricity or water, although the connections are close by.
